Akbar Mehtab is a Co-founder of Corpocons Professionals LLP and a Commerce Graduate (B.COm) & Associate Company Secretary from Delhi, having overall working experience of more than 6 years in the Corporate Compliances and Advisory. His main area of working is rendering services related to Corporate & Economic laws, licensing and Various registrations including but limited to NGO, NBFC etc. He also has good hands over drafting of various agreements and policies. He also gained experience of Stock Exchange and SEBI Compliances and worked as Compliance Officer of a BSE Listed Company.
MOHD. TAKREEM
Mohd. Takreem is other founder of CorpCons Professional LLP and he is also a commerce Graduate and has experience of handling financial transactions of various Companies. He possess overall 5 years of practical experience in the field of accounting and taxation. His main area of working is Auditing, TDS, Income Tax, BRS, GST Compliances and recording of various financial transactions. He is also pursuing Chartered Accountancy course level-3. He worked as Audit Manager at various reputed Chartered Accountant Firms in Delhi.
SRISHTI DWIVEDI
Srishti Dwivedi is working with Corpcons Professionals LLP as Compliance Managing Partner. She has Completed her Post Graduation in Commerce (M.COM). She is a proud member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She has rich experience of managing the day to day Compliances of the Company. She has vast knowledge and exposure of Incorporations of various entities. She has overall practical experience of 4 years as Company Secretary.
